We have made a minor change to the boilerplate provisions in all the leases. As there has been a legal challenge to the validity of the changes to the Use Classes Order made by the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020 No 757), we have retained references to the old Use Classes in the leases but defined the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 to mean the version in force as at 31 August 2020 (the day before the changes took effect).  We will review the leases once the legal challenge has concluded.
